I do take custom orders for certain items. Please read my shop policies concerning custom orders. I have explained everything there. (And while you are at it, just go ahead and please read all my policies. I have hopefully explained everything there. :) )

Shipping Information
My items are shipped USPS First-Class and First-Class International.
US -- Flat-rate of $2.00 (USD) for a single item order, $1.00 (USD) per item for multiple-item orders.
Canada -- Flat-rate of $3.00 (USD) for a single item order, $2.00 (USD) per item for multiple-item orders.
Everywhere else -- Flat-rate of $5.00 (USD) for a single item order, $3.00 (USD) per item for multiple-item orders.
This covers all postage and fees for processing and shipping the order.
****Shipping Days****
I ship out orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. That means I ship Friday's, Saturday's, Sunday's, and Monday's orders on Tuesday and Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's orders on Friday.
This just helps to keep things in order.
****Custom Order Shipping Info****
Please note that while regular shipping rates apply to custom orders, regular shipping days DO NOT apply. Since I still have to make the item, the shipping date will be later. I will convo you with the estimated shipping date when the order is confirmed. Convo if you have any questions.
Returns Policy
I try to be as clear as I can in my item descriptions and photos. Therefore, I cannot refund for items that were purchased by mistake because you thought it was something unless, as stated in my cancellation policy, you convo me with cancellation before your shipping day. (Please read shipping policies carefully to know what your shipping day will be. If you are not sure, just convo me.) If you find within that time that what you purchased is not what you thought it was, please convo me and I will cancel the order and give you a full refund, minus a $0.20 relisting fee. However, once the item is shipped, I cannot give a refund. However, if you believe that it was my description that presented the item as something different then what you received, please convo me telling me exactly what the problem is and what is mistaken in my description and I will be happy to correct the problem. The only case in which I can give a full refund if desired is if I accidentally shipped the wrong item and you know it is clearly not what the description said it was. In that case, please convo me, telling me the problem and whether you would like a refund or if you would prefer to wait for the right item. Regardless of which solution you choose, when you ship the item back, I will refund you the shipping cost you originally paid. If you choose to wait for the right item, I will cover the shipping.
If you have not received your item with in a reasonable amount of time, please convo me and I will try to find out what happened.
If you receive a damaged item, convo me and let me know. I will give a full refund, if you convo me right after you receive the item. Just ship the item back to me so I can see what went wrong. Regardless of whose fault the damage is, no one deserves to have to live with a damaged item they can never use. Also, if the item does not hold up the first time you use it, I will also give a full refund. All I ask is that you ship the item back to me so I can see what went wrong.
Other Policies
****Order Cancellation Policy****
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please let me know ASAP. I ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays, depending on what day the order was placed (See shipping polices). So if you need to cancel, please let me know before your shipping day. (I will send you a convo with your shipping date when I receive your order.)
If you need to cancel a custom order, please let me know before the deposit becomes non-refundable. Once the deposit is received, it becomes non-refundable after 3 days. See the "Additional Policies" section at the bottom of this page for more info on custom orders.
****Custom Orders****
The only custom orders I can take are ones that I have listing for ("Custom order" will be the first words in the title and it will be in the custom order section of my shop.)
***PAYMENT***
I require a 50% (not including S&H) deposit up front. Deposit is non-refundable after the first three days after deposit is received. If you need to cancel the order, please let me know before the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 50% plus full shipping and handling will be charged when order is completed and ready to be shipped.
To place a custom order, simply purchase the custom listing of the item you want that is listed in my custom listings section, but DO NOT complete payment. For the deposit, I will send you a custom invoice through PayPal. Just send more your PayPal email in the "Message to Seller". Once I finish the item and it is ready to ship, I will invoice you again through PayPal for the final amount, including the shipping and handling fees. I will then ship the order once I receive the final payment. I will not invoice you for the second half until the order is complete.
***PLEASE NOTE***
It will take a little while to get a custom order done. Although I may get it finished sooner, depending on circumstances and time ordered, please allow at least 2 weeks, 4 at the most, for it to be finished and shipped. I will send you a convo when the item is finished and then another when I ship it.
Please allow time for me to gather the required materials. Due to different circumstances, I sometimes have to order supplies by mail
Also, I can do multi-color items, but it will be a little more expensive since it takes more yarn. Multi-color items will take a little more time. Also shipping rates will be the same for custom items as it is for in-stock items.
