Returns Policy
•100% Replacement - If for any reason you receive a damaged item please contact Victorious Designs @ 205 261-1483 or email @ victorious.designs@hotmail.com so we can promptly send you a replacement.
•100% Exchange - Simply return the item and choose another. If you do not exchange for the same item you will be asked to pay the difference.
All returns for exchanges and replacements must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state. Except replacements all Victorious Designs ask of the customer is to return damaged items back in bag the way it was sent. Please note: Return Original receipt with Damage items.
Please note: All exchanges you may return it within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are in the original condition. Shipping and handling and insurance on returned merchandise are not refundable. All replacements you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Except replacements all Victorious Designs ask of the customer is to return damaged items back in bag the way it was sent.
When returning items for exchange in the same category of products, you will receive the same quantity discount as your original order However if it’s a different item that’s not on sale or clearance you will be asked to pay the difference. All other new items will be calculated as a new order. Please add $5.00 to cover the postage
Victorious Designs are not responsible for postage on exchanged items or return items for replacement. However Victorious Designs will cover our end when the replacement is returned back to the customer. All other postage we are not responsible for.

Other Policies
RING POLICY
For replacements/repair on a ring you have 30 days to notify Victorious Designs about replacements of a ring. I need you to bring or if shipped, mail it back with original receipt and the damage item stone/object that was attached to ring base along with the ring base.
*Note if you don’t have the damage or items that needs to be replaced/repaired I cannot replace the item. It will be your responsibility to pay the labor/supply fee if you want item repaired or replaced. Other option will be purchases another ring if any is in stock at your time of purchase.
*Note rings that are customized will come with a 1yr warranty which comes with extra stones/objects replacements and repair with purchase. Bring in or mail in damaged items that needs replacement or repair, along with stone/object replacement, ring base and original receipt which should have proof of your warranty. If your ring was not customized and it was an original Victorious Designs piece this will not be offered to you. Please refer back to the policy.
