Shipping Information
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed for your purchase to be shipped out, unless stated in the items description.
Most items ship via via USPS First Class or priority mail, whichever is more cost efficient. Expedited shipping is available, please email me if needed for pricing before you purchase. :)
International shipping is via USPS first class international
I am not responsible for packages after they leave the Post Office. If you would like to pay to have your package insured, please contact me before making your purchase.
I currently ship product to a few international locations as well as domestically and will add additional locations soon.

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are dissatisfied with your item and wish to return or exchange it, please notify me within 15 days of the parcel arriving. All items need to be in their original condition. Refunds are for the purchase price only. Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Other Policies
Diggity Dawg hankies, place mats and hampers are not meant to be chewed on or ingested, so supervision when placed near or introduced to dogs is advised.
Diggity Dawg toys are made without dangerous parts such as ribbons, strings or removeable eyes that could cause harm once ingested.
If your dog tends to ingest toys after tearing them up, please discard them once obliterated to prevent a choking hazard.
All items are handmade so there may be slight variances between like items.
